We’re live!
ZREO: Second Quest is officially live! We’re excited to be launching our website at the same time as our first project. ZREO Legacy’s first album, Ocarina of Time Selections from The Legend of Zelda® Ocarina of Time®, is now available!
To our new fans, welcome! We’re ecstatic to have you aboard. To our vintage fans, thank you for sticking with us and returning to our community. ZREO is nothing without our fans. Your support is priceless to us. You make ZREO possible.
Stay up-to-date
In the past, our website and mailing list were the places to stay current on our latest releases and updates. This is still the case, but we will only be updating the website for new releases and announcements. Our new website is the one-stop-shop for all things ZREO outside our social media pages. Here, you’ll be able to view our current music library, learn more about the team, and get our recent news. You’ll also be able to support us by purchasing music or becoming a Patron through our Premium page. To get all our current news before it’s published on the web, join our Discord.
New Projects
Along with our new website, ZREO: Second Quest is proud to announce our first project — ZREO Legacy!
Legacy allows us to revisit classics and fan-favorite albums of our past. With Legacy, we’ll be remastering some of our original catalog for streaming. We even plan to reorchestrate a few fan-favorite tracks in the future! For now, ZREO Legacy is launching with the remastering of our first ever album. We’re proud to present: Ocarina of Time Selections.
The album features 73 tracks from the classic game and is available now! You can listen on all major streaming platforms, or buy the album from iTunes or Amazon Music. Read more about it through our announcement and press release.
Project Updates
We’ve been working on a really big project over the last 18 months — not just the new website, nor Hyrule Field feat. ATLYS, or Ocarina of Time Selections.
We’re focused on our next full-length album with brand new music. Most of it is performed by live musicians. To date, we’ve hired 24 musicians for this big project including ZREO Legacy arranger Tim Stoney on trumpet.
We have been fortunate to work with some amazing new arrangers: Jiyeon Julie Lee, Andrew Vogt, and Allison Dettloff join our new lead composer, Ari Fisher. We will bring more information to you as soon as we can. (Premium patrons have already received works-in-progress of this big project.)
In the next update for the website, we’re working on a comprehensive history page that details our project origins, legacy content, behind-the-scenes stories and more. We have a ton of saved images, logos, and branding that we thought were lost forever, but they still exist! Stay tuned!
